Enlarging the actual area of the room is often impossible but changing its visual volume is a real thing. If you want your small bedroom to look bigger, these tips are right what you need.
The bed zone: an oversized headboard, a mirror wall, an accent wall or horizontal décor above the headboard. A oversized headboard or an accent wall will withdraw attention from the bed, which often dominates in a small bedroom. A mirror wall or just covers always visually expand the space, and a horizontal stripe visually broadens the space.
Less décor. Luxury is in details but don’t be excessive with them, just a little for windows and bed décor.
Light shades. White on white, neural colors and white hidden lighting will make your room look mush bigger. Apply this rule to everything from the bedding to the wall and floor covers.
